My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were amazing and spacious, with good design and a comfortable bed. The huge delicious breakfast was a highlight, and the rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing. However, our room wasn't cleaned on the final day, which was a bit disappointing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were surprisingly soundproof, which is rare to find in Mexico, and my room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. However, there were some minor service issues like forgetting to replenish toiletries and an unexpected visit without knocking. Despite these, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location, though not well-lit at night, was surrounded by trees and close to new restaurants, making it a great base for exploring. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic with huge comfy beds, a sofa, and a huge TV with Netflix. The service was exceptional; the staff was always friendly, helpful, and had a big smile on their faces. The location was excellent, just a reasonable and pleasant bike ride to the beach, the strip, and old town. The dining experience was nice, but there were some small issues with the temperature of the drinks and overcooked breakfast items. Overall, a great value for money!
