Naay Tulum Curamoria Collection Hotel, Tulum

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were amazing and spacious, with good design and a comfortable bed. The huge delicious breakfast was a highlight, and the rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing. However, our room wasn't cleaned on the final day, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel offers well-thought-out rooms with good bathroom facilities and comfortable beds, although there were some issues with restocking after room service. The service is friendly and helpful, with minor setbacks in housekeeping. The location is convenient for reaching both the town and the beach, but access to dining options may require a walk down the highway in the dark. The dining experience was delightful, with some minor delays in service recognition. Overall, a promising stay offering comfort and friendly service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were surprisingly soundproof, which is rare to find in Mexico, and my room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. However, there were some minor service issues like forgetting to replenish toiletries and an unexpected visit without knocking. Despite these, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location, though not well-lit at night, was surrounded by trees and close to new restaurants, making it a great base for exploring. Dining, although service could be slow at times, offered delicious options next to their rooftop pool. The facilities were adequate and the value for money was fair.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic with huge comfy beds, a sofa, and a huge TV with Netflix. The service was exceptional; the staff was always friendly, helpful, and had a big smile on their faces. The location was excellent, just a reasonable and pleasant bike ride to the beach, the strip, and old town. The dining experience was nice, but there were some small issues with the temperature of the drinks and overcooked breakfast items. Overall, a great value for money!
